Here is the 20s-general info file! If you just signed up, you will now
receive all mail sent to the 20s-general list.

People on this mailing list attend or are interested in "20-Something",
a Christian group affiliated with Peninsula Bible Church of 20-something-
aged singles. We are interested in studying the Bible to learn more
about God and His will for our lives and learning how to use our gifts
to build up the Body of Christ.

MAILING TO A LIST
-----------------
The two email lists and a brief description are given below. Please make
sure you use the right list when sending out messages.

20s-general@lists.stanford.edu
This mailing list is for group-related announcements, praises, needs,
requests, and informal events. Email sent to this address will be sent
to people on both lists. 20s-general receives about 2-3 messages/week.

20s-discuss@lists.stanford.edu
This mailing list is for anything you'd like to share with the group
that is more of a comment or discussion than an announcement. While
this is the appropriate list for jokes or other general-interest topics,
please limit the amount of this type of email submitted to the list.
Currently, 20s-discuss receives about 1 message per day.

Please do not send out email about the following - they're either fake or
not true anymore.
- "Good Times" or any other email virus
- FCC banning religous broadcasting
- Proctor & Gamble being satanic
- Nieman-Marcus cookie recipe
- Good luck chain letters
- Sesame Street or Craig Shergold letter requests
