Thanks Trish for the info.

We would be happy to participate in your quarterly user meeting.

Yes, I think bioportal should have a link to their existig feature/bug
trackers. This is great if you run into something and want to see if anyone
else has run into it before. In fact, I think if it is made publicly
obvious, you may even find it useful as a mechanism to help prioritize
requests.

Thanks much,

Melissa

Hi Melissa,

Is your preference that the support list be more of a discussion list
amongst BioPortal users? As a note, there is a BioPortal User Group that
meets quarterly based on need for group discussion on new features. Here is
information to subscribe:
https://mailman.stanford.edu/mailman/listinfo/bioportal-user-group.

Also, I believe that you mentioned a request to add links to the BioPortal
Feature Request and Bug trackers to review existing tracker items. Is this
still also a request?

In your feedback page:

http://bioportal.bioontology.org/feedback

it would be very helpful for experienced users to be able to discuss
existing requests.

Thank you,

Melissa
