[bioontology-support] Simplified Chinese annotations

To follow-up from the chat session this morning, Chinese characters are
displayed in the Notes since that content is from a different location than
what is used to display the term labels. The developers have been reviewing
this issue, however have not yet been able to fully resolve.

I did not receive an email on BRO, was that re-sent?

BTW, will you be at the Ontology Summit?

Hi Lin,

I noticed afterwards the upload to BioPortal, Amino Acid with Simplified
Chinese annotations. Are the annotations displayed correctly in Protégé? I
tried to open the file using Protégé 3.4, build 519 and was not able to see
the Chinese characters.

Hi Lin,

Can you send an example file so we can investigate this further?

Could you tell me whether an existing BioPortal ontology with Simplified
Chinese annotations can be uploaded and supported by the BioPortal?
