[bioontology-support] searching concept ids via REST services

Dear Tomasz,

Unfortunately, at the moment we don't index by ids and so the only way  
to get to a concept through its id is by knowing the ontology it is  
coming from. You bring up an important point though and we will try to  
add ids to the index over the next few weeks.
