[bioontology-support] Bioportal search really slows down at 10:30

Yes, I was notified yesterday that a CPU intensive process was being
performed. The process is now complete and is not a daily process. Are you
experiencing any further issues with slowness of the site? In the future,
there will be announcements sent to the bioportal-announce list when these

With respect to mapping, will you be curating the mapping data that was
recently uploaded based on the LOOM algorithm

Hi Trish,

My student Anusha (cc-ed) has been hitting the bioportal to help out with
some concept mapping and has noticed that at around 10:30 am for the last
few days the performance (being able to search and retrieve information from
Bioportal) becomes really slow.  Are you guys running something on that
server at that time?  Just wondering...
