[bioontology-support] Format for mappings file

Tab-delimited is fine. The closer it is to the format in the mappings  
table in the front-end database, the better of course. See the  
attached sample. If the metadata such as mapping type and source are  
not the same for the whole set, you can put those in as columns as well.
