I've updated the FAQ with instructions on how to do this:

Paul, Trish,

where can I set loader memory? I increased my virtual instance memory up to 10Gb but I assume I need to increase the heap size of my loader somewhere in NCBO as well in order to be able to parse large ontologies like SNOMED. I have already increased load size when sending request for new ontology to be added.

Thanks
Sina
