original response has very specific details regarding our architecture
changes and my analysis.

Hi Cherie,

Can you reply to Joey and cc the support list? I'm not sure if the  
recommendation is the same as yesterday's internal email thread, ie to  
include a delay between calls since this email mentions use of  
multiple clients.
