Hi Emily,

Both SNOMED and the Cell Cycle ontology is available for use with the  
Annotator. The list of ontologies available for use with the Annotator  
can be found from this Web service call, for those ontologies with  
status=28: http://rest.bioontology.org/obs/ontologies
