[bioontology-support] view extractor in bioontology

I have a question.

The following url is working for SnoMed CT ontology.

However, I am changing to use MeSH to the following:

1351: MeSH ontology id
C0003047: "animal disease" concept id.

Now, it doesn't work. Is the parameter wrong?

I tried the new API (option(0)) you told me. But it didn't work for SnoMed CT.

Here you are using the wrong service signature. See the documentation at:

with the "virtual" calls, you have to use the id 1353 (which always points to the "latest" versions for SNOMEDCT). So the call would be:
(as documented at:

and it does work. If for some reason you need to use the exact version 40403 (SNOMEDCT from 1/31/2009) then you use the signature:
(as documented at:

and that too works.

In general, if our production services "don't work" its usually a case of wrong parameters or wrong service signatures. Feel free to ask support at<mailto:support at> for the right signature etc.
