[bioontology-support] Mismatching of views' base version

Hi Samson,
Yes, we should really have a way for you to indicate which version of
the ontology you are attaching your view to. And the current behavior
is a bug anyway (I added it to the tracker).
I've also fixed the metadata for these views. Things should be good now.
