Dear Eugene, 

Can you provide more details on how you are getting the term "atorvastatin"?  For example, are you using the Get all terms web service, e.g.  The output of the Get all terms web service and the Term web service for atorvastin, e .g.  indicate that this term does not have any children terms [1].
