[bioontology-support] confusing navigation from search results for "Suffocation"

I looked up suffocation.

One of the results is Asphyxiation (Cell Ontology) ??
Navigating to it displays the DO term details but the CL hierarchy on
the left, with no term selected (of course).
I haven't a clue why.

Suffocation MEDDRA is halfway confusing. It appears that this is a
MEDDRA term (though I'm only guessing from the form of the URL).
However there is no term selected in the tree to the left so one can't
determine the hierarchy.

“Is suffocation a disease?”
“Excellent question-get to work and answer it!” Wilkins thundered.

(there still seems to be no consensus)
