[bioontology-support] confusing navigation from search results for "Suffocation"

If there isn't a parent the term itself should still be selected and
have the root as parent. Or something should be said so that the user
doesn't think things are not working.

However, in the case of the DO term, the *Cell ontology* hierarchy is presented.
