What browser and version are you using? I'm not able to reproduce the issue
with the link: http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies?filter=PSI with
Mac/Firefox.
Also, the issue from yesterday regarding expanding the child terms through
the Web interface is now resolved.

Hi Trish, I can’t even get any terms to show up starting from:

It’s not a huge deal, but I kind of like the interface, but there’s always
OLS. I was also having trouble with OBO-Edit. I was just thinking of linking
into BioPortal from the mzML and TraML development pages, but I’ll wait
until it’s working. No rush, really, I’m on vacation next week.
Cheers,
Eric

Hi Eric,
The top-level of the Mass Spectrometry ontology can now be visualized, but
there are child terms that can not be expanded to visualize within the Web
interface. I have reported this error for the developers to investigate
further. The child terms are available via the Web services [1], e.g.
http://rest.bioontology.org/bioportal/virtual/leafpath/1105/MS:1000881
Can you provide information on how critical this error is to your project to
prioritize this item, e.g. is this a complete blocker to your work?
Trish

The “issue” appears two days old now?
