Thanks! I didn't notice that. 
Could you please remind me what properties are being indexed for the annotation services? (like skos:altLabel, skos:prefLabel,...). Is there any way we can add other properties to that list for a given terminology?

Sina,

Can you try doing the search in the UI using the option to "Include 
attributes in search"? This should search the property values as well.
