[bioontology-support] Seeking count of concepts in an ontology via Web service

Thx Trish. Err, this "ontology version id" is a new one for me. Two Q's:

1. I'm not seeing a tag for "ontology version id" in
http://rest.bioontology.org/bioportal/ontologies?apikey=3d372416-6c58-4026
-8443-372982439b5f. What am I missing?

2. How does one go from a virtual ontology ID to "ontology version id"? A
quick look at the wiki didn't reveal much.

Thx again,

Y

Yes, I'll add this to the NCBO REST Web service wiki page [1], the call
is:

http://rest.bioontology.org/bioportal/ontologies/metrics/{ontology version
id}?apikey=YourAPIKey

Howdy. Q: Is there a Web service that returns the number of concepts in an
ontology, given e.g. a virtual ontology ID? Couldn't find such in the
various docs (other than downloading the entire ontology and counting t
myself). I imagine there must be such, right? J

Thx and cheers,

Yannick
