[bioontology-support] 403- Error for Annotator Web Service

Hi,

When i was trying to use Annotator Web service i am getting* The remote
server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. error. *i am passing valid api
key. I am using asp.net to consume the service. Do i have to provide any
authentication information.
