Hello everybody:

I have a question, while working on the ORNL DAAC VM instance
regarding the change in categories:

Instructions say: modify the Bioportal_protege project file.  When
this is done, where do I stick it?

Where does this file reside in my file tree?
Where in the tree do I find the original?
