[bioontology-support] umls mappings

Lori,

We haven't added a parameter to filter the mappings based on a target 
ontology, mainly because there are generally less than 100 mappings for 
a given term so it wouldn't significantly affect the response size. Are 
you running into problems where having the parameter would help?
