[bioontology-support] Extract all the substances in the MeSH ontology using bioportal API

Hi Balaji, 

Yes, you can use the "Get All Terms" Web service [1] to extract all of the MeSH terms and filter for terms with a Semantic Type of interest. The Semantic Type information or TUI is within the <relations> section of the XML within the tag:
<entry><string>TUI</string><list><string>T109</string></list></entry>.
