Hello,

I've run into an issue with the Annotator, and it appears to no be working
as in the past. To replicate my issue:

   1. Go here http://bioportal.bioontology.org/annotator
   2. Click on "Insert sample text" on the top right above the text box
   3. Put SNOMEDCT as the ontology
   4. Put
      - Disease or Syndrome (T047)<http://bioportal.bioontology.org/annotator>
      - Neoplastic Process (T191)<http://bioportal.bioontology.org/annotator>
   as the semantic types
   5. Nothing shows up.
   6. I tried the semantic type like this with UMLS, and still nothing:
      - Disease or Syndrome (T047)<http://bioportal.bioontology.org/annotator>
      - Neoplastic Process (T191)<http://bioportal.bioontology.org/annotator>
      - UMLS concept (T000) <http://bioportal.bioontology.org/annotator>

   7. But then the terms show up with this, but a lot of junk is there too
      - NCBO BioPortal concept
(T999)<http://bioportal.bioontology.org/annotator>

The same thing happens using the client service.

Thank you,
Tyler Cole
