[bioontology-support] Upload of owl file, clicking on BP nodes, mapping in BP

Hi Trish,

I followed your suggested steps on the 'Create New Mapping' issue but it still doesn't work for me. No drop-down menu comes up on the right hand side when I ask for the variable (data) name (e.g. sex_cd), just the same as you saw on Friday.

Hi Ketty,

For my action items, I have added you as the Admin of the ontology so you should be able to update the ontology metadata.
** Paul, can you reply with the file size upload limit when submitting an ontology using the BioPortal Web interface?

As far as next steps, after some discussion here it is possible that your browser has cached information from the autocomplete if you were trying to use the Mapping tab before the ontology was indexed in the Search. When the mapping tab is opened after clicking the "Create New Mapping" button can you right-click on the page and then select "Reload" to clear any possible cached information and then try to create the mapping?

Hi Trish,

As we had discussed, I used Rob's computer to go through all the BP actions again that were failing me on my computer. I was able to recreate All the same issues we discussed that I was having on my computer, the upload of the owl file, the timeouts when trying to visualize a node from your uploaded owl file, and the inability to map between Ontology 3062 and 1660.

Please advise on next steps.
