[bioontology-support] Fwd: parsing error- TO

Hi Laurel, 

I can take a first pass at reviewing this new issue. To get a few more details, are you trying to load the attached OBO format file as a new version of the Plant Trait Ontology [1] and when the file is loaded what error message is returned from BioPortal?
