I tried to map from
3062:patient_num to 1660:0000PAT_ID
         sex_cd to 0000000SEX
         active_status_cd to 000CLPASTC

What term are you searching for? I've tried a few strings that are the preferred name for #1660 and was able to find the terms.

Yes, the BP Mapping tab.

When I search for the term in the 2nd selected ontology which I want to map to, I get a 'no results found' message.

Hi Ketty,

Are you trying to create a mapping via the BioPortal Term mapping tab? What behavior are you seeing?

Hi Trish,

I am trying to do mappings of some nodes between ontology ID# 3062 (i2b2-patvisdims) and ontology #1660 (HOM-DATSOURCE_EPIC), but have not been able to. I tried other ones that I had done before, but wasn't successful there either. Is there currently a problem with mapper?

Thanks,
Ketty
