[bioontology-support] NCBO Annotator Service parameter isVirtualOntologyId not working as expected.

I am checking with our team in India that is doing this reprocessing. Will

Thanks Ray, we appreciate your time and expertise. We are sort of at
your mercy at this point as the paper (due Friday evening) and
described data/evaluation highlights usage of the NCBO annotator.
