Saman,

"with" is a default "stop word" (typically a short common word without
much semantic content). Thus it will not be returned by the annotator by
default. You can use the rest service to tell the system not to use
default stop words for a query. There is nothing in the UI that does this.

Hi, 
I have question about SNOMED CT. I tried to match a phrases 'walking with
stick' using SNOMED CT ontlogy. It did not match 'with' as an 'Attribute'.
However, in the ontology 'with' is a preferred name of concept. Could you
please explain?
