[bioontology-support] [BioPortal] Feedback from yampeku

The BioPortal ontology repository system itself works fine with other
languages. We even have had ontologies with Chinese character sets.
Unfortunately the concept recognizer that we are currently using only
supports the ASCII character set. Thus you will find that some terms are
recognized and some not, based on whether they contain non-ascii
characters. We hope to address this restriction later this year.

I was wondering if (or how) it is possible to use the annotator with
different languages. All terminologies seem to be in English at the
moment. I've got a full translation of SNOMED CT to Spanish provided by
the government, not sure if I can upload it. I'm pretty sure I should
change the stopwords if I get it uploaded somehow.
