[bioontology-support] [BioPortal] Feedback from Bénédicte BATRANCOURT

You don't need to modify the ontology in Protégé. You need instead to tell
the BioPortal system which property holds the definition. You do this when
you submit the ontology. There is a field that allows you to essentially say
"this property holds the definition".

Comment:
Hi
I'm trying to submit an ontology into the stage environment. However at the
end of the process of upload, the METRICS windows displays that the classes
don't have definition although using Protégé I filled the properties comment
and isdefinedby and a propertie: definition without success.
What is the right property to fill under Protégé to match this need ?
Thank you by advance
Best
Bénédicte
