I gather that you are trying to use the Annotator from the Web interface at: http://bioportal.bioontology.org/annotator Are you selecting any additional parameters?

Also, what input terms are you submitting? I am able to get terms from PW returned from the Annotator, e.g. aging pathway disease pathway.
