[bioontology-support] Access MP_HEALTH_TOPIC_URL value through REST API

Neal,
You can use the following to get properties for FMA, which contain the FMAID:
http://data.bioontology.org/ontologies/FMA/classes?include=prefLabel,properties&format=xml
