NCBO BioPortal is an amazing, useful resource tool to the community.
Thank you Ray and the NCBO team!!!

Both of our Ontologies parsed properly BAO
(http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/1533), and BAO-GPCR
(http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/3216).

One more request. Can you remove from
http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/1533, the following versions:
unknown parsing error 08/30/2013 08/30/2013	Ontology
unknown parsing error 08/29/2013 08/29/2013	Ontology

Best regards,

Caty

Thank you Ray!

I will follow your suggestion, I just submitted BAO 2.0
(http://bioassayontology.org/bao/bao_complete.owl) into
http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/1533, the file status is
waiting to parse.

Regards,

Caty

Just responded to a series of messages on this. The BAO-GPCR ontology is
now working in production. The error with the base BAO was noted in
another email (the load location is not an OWL file but is a directory).
Suggest that the ontologies be submitted to production until staging is
more reliable (next week).

Hi Ubbo,

I have no way of looking inside .. I don't even have access to the
backend. I can only see what you see. Best person for such things is Ray
Fergerson cc'ed, and the
support at bioontology.org<mailto:support at bioontology.org> address.

Regards,
Nigam.

Hi Nigam,

we are trying to update our BAO ontology for 2 days now but we are
failing. The reason is unknown to us, all we get is an error from the
BioPortal web site saying:

"We're sorry but something has gone wrong. We have been notified of this
error."

Would you mind having a look? BAO does not parse into
stage.bioportal.org<http://stage.bioportal.org>?

Caty Chung is the contact person on our side.

Thanks in advance,
Ubbo
