Hi Ray,

Appreciate your response. From where can I download BioPortal VM?

Regards
 Indresh

Yes, you can use our VM to set up a local BioPortal instance. By default it comes with no ontologies. You can then add in whatever ontologies you want.

Comment:
Greetings,

We have been building a tool, and thinking of using BioPortal APIs, but my question is; is it possible to run BioPortal service locally for publicly accessible ontologies.

 Appreciate your feedback and help.

Thanks
 Indresh
