[bioontology-support] transitive inference in sparql queries

Olivier,

We support transitive reasoning on rdfs:subClassOf but we do not support it through property paths. We trigger reasoning with an extra parameter in the HTTP request. This option is only available programmatically and not via the Web UI. There is a Java example here:

https://github.com/ncbo/sparql-code-examples/blob/master/java/src/org/ncbo/stanford/sparql/examples/ClosureExample.java
