Devin,

Are these PURLs that you have stored somewhere? They have an invalid id in
them. There was a bug that we fixed recently that was causing us to
generate PURLs with MSH instead of MESH. However, we should have some
redirect in place between MSH and MESH so we'll have to add that. In the
meantime, replacing MSH with MESH should fix your problem.

Hi Paul,

I still seem to be getting error messages with the MESH ontology. Two
examples are: height <http://purl.bioontology.org/ontology/MSH/D001827>
and blood pressure <http://purl.bioontology.org/ontology/MSH/D001794> .
Both return errors for me.

Thanks for your help.

Best, Devin

Devin,

The PURLs have been updated to use the appropriate id for the MESH
ontology, so they should be working now. Please let us know if you
continue to have problems.

Index in the MESH database returns a URL of
http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/MSH/D015992. However, when
you click on the link, it is broken. The same is true for most links in
this database.
