[bioontology-support] missing provisional classes

Actually the call and the rendering in a browser takes about 2 seconds
now. This probably isn't worth optimizing.

Jim,

We will check into the behavior of this call. It should be fast enough
that it does not need to be paged. It appears that you have a few hundred
provisional classes. If the number were 10,000 then it would be worth
looking into for paging. As it is the call should be fast (faster than it
currently appears) and the results should be fast.

It would be great if the 'page' and 'pagesize' parameters were supported
for this resource (let me know if they are and I missed it). Is there any
other place I should submit feature requests besides here?

Thanks,
Jim
