http://data.bioontology.org/documentation#Mapping

For example, to get all of the mappings associated with a given ontology,
an example is:

http://data.bioontology.org/ontologies/SNOMEDCT/mappings

To get all of the mappings associated with a given term in an ontology, an
example is:

http://data.bioontology.org/ontologies/RCD/classes/http%3A%2F%2Fpurl.bioon
tology.org%2Fontology%2FRCD%2FN3402/mappings
