I understood about each procedure for the migration.
I'll try the API via ruby gem or http://data.bioontology.org/ site access.

2. Command

I scuceeded to execute bpstart, bpstop, and bprestart as root user.
(I have failed to execute commands as sudo general user.)

But "/sbin/service 4store start" wasn't recognized again...

# /sbin/service 4store start
 4store: unrecognized service

4s-httpd-ontologies_api and 4s-slave services were running.

Is it the problem of 4store executable file?
I found 4store folder in /srv but I couldn't find executable file of 4store.
