[bioontology-support] specify ontologies in annotator

Hi Willy,

Does it work when you change the ontology parameter to (i.e., use the 
ontology acronym, not the full ID):

method.addParameter("ontologies", "HRDO");

BTW, at the bottom of the annotation results in the UI, there is a 
direct link to the JSON and XML results, e.g.
