[bioontology-support] error using new API

Ray,

It works now. Did not work yesterday on that page only. In general, the include=properties has been working for me.

Thanks
Lori

Lori,

Actually I am mistaken. The link below works for us. Does it still not work for you?

The broken properties field is on "ontology" and not on the "classes" call.

Lori,

The "include=property" business on ontologies is broken at the moment. No idea why. We are looking into it... For now you can either leave it off or use "include=all" (which does work).

I am updating my extraction tool to use the new API. It extracts all terms of a given ontology a page at a time.
This page is returning with an Internal Server Error:
