Dear support team,

I think next information can be useful for VA users. I have conducted some
researches and found that VA web services port (8082) can be changed to 8080
via next command:

bpstop &&
sed -i 's/8080/8181/g'
/srv/ncbo/ontologies_api/current/config/environments/production.rb &&
sed -i 's/8080/8181/g' /usr/share/tomcat6/conf/server.xml &&
sed -i 's/8080/8181/g' /srv/ncbo/ncbo_cron/config/config.rb &&
sed -i 's/8080/8181/g'
/srv/rails/BioPortal/releases/bioportal_web_ui/config/bioportal_config.rb &&
sed -i 's/8082/8080/g'
/srv/rails/BioPortal/releases/bioportal_web_ui/config/bioportal_config.rb &&
sed -i 's/8082/8080/g'
/srv/ncbo/ontologies_api/current/config/environments/production.rb &&
sed -i 's/8082/8080/g' /etc/nginx/nginx.conf &&
rm -rf /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock &&
bpstart

Ontology parser works fine. Web services works correctly:
