[bioontology-support] uploading ontology

Paul, still issues with http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/APAONTO

this give me back "The page you are looking for wasn't found. Please try
again." it does not matter if I am logged in. same result. also, when I log
in, click on browse, and type apa over filter by text I dont see my
ontology listed.
