This page doesn't show any problems now that I can see. There is a
successfully loaded version and a new one appears to have been submitted
today.

Are you still having problems?

Subject: [bioontology-support] Fwd: [ORDO] bioportal issue

Hi Ray,

Marc (cc'd) from the Orphanet team had trouble updating the ORDO ontology
information as well as parsing the new ontology.

He has not heard anything back from BioPortal ( read mail below -
detailing the issues).

The webpage still shows that there has been an error in indexing the
ontology.

Would appreciate your help regarding this.

Regards,

Drashtti.

Dear All,
I would like to update our ORDO ontology (and add few words in the
description). But when I try to be connected (account name :ORDO_Orphanet)
and access the page http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/ORDO I get
this message :
"We're sorry but something has gone wrong. We have been notified of this
error."

I've try with several browsers (firefox, chrome and also IE)

Do you have any idea or could you help us with this issue please ? (Maybe
I've done something in the wrong way ?)

Best regards,

--
