Does anyone have any insights or ideas into why the ontology widget would be failing after upgrade to Windows 7?
The users are using Firefox and Chrome.

Subject: Medication Widget

Anita suggested that I send you some info on some issues that we have been having here in Kannapolis with the medication widget. We have two users that have already been switched to Windows 7 and now their widget is malfunctioning.

The first user is having periodic malfunctions: “My widget is not broken all the time, only once in a while and it will usually return the next day or day after. I have tried restarting the computer and logging in and out of the registry to see if it will help the situation, but it doesn't.
When I type in the name of a medication it will display a message below that there is "No Results" when in reality usually the name of the medication will start to display a list of possible medications as the name is being typed when the widget is working properly.”

The second user’s widget is completely non responsive. She gets no loading icon, no “No Results” message, nothing at all. IT simply isn’t working.

Might you have any guidance on how we might resolve this issue? I know you put a lot of work into this, and we want to make sure that we get to use the tool.

Thank you for any insight that you might be able to provide!
