[bioontology-support] Medication Widget

I just verified that my copy of Windows 7 with Firefox and Chrome is working for the Jump To and Form Autocomplete widgets. Do you know which one of these the user was having problems with?

Unfortunately, this type of problem can be very difficult to troubleshoot remotely. To give us the best chance of fixing the issue, give it’s something on our end, it would be great if you could open the development console on the browser having the problem and then attempt to use the widget. If you could send us a screen shot of the whole browser window then maybe we can figure out what’s going on.

> The first user is having periodic malfunctions: “My widget is not broken all the time, only once in a while and it will usually return the next day or day after. I have tried restarting the computer and logging in and out of the registry to see if it will help the situation, but it doesn't.
> When I type in the name of a medication it will display a message below that there is "No Results" when in reality usually the name of the medication will start to display a list of possible medications as the name is being typed when the widget is working properly.”
> The second user’s widget is completely non responsive. She gets no loading icon, no “No Results” message, nothing at all. IT simply isn’t working.
