Hi Erick,

CUI is a property to record equivalence between two terms. If two terms have the same CUI value then they are equivalent. CUIs are mostly defined in UMLS ontologies but can be also found in other ontologies that map to UMLS. If the ontology you are looking at is not UMLS you might not see any values for this property.
