We don’t have a rest call to do this. The rest api will allow you to
navigate to parents and children so you will have to implement your own
algorithm in terms of these features.

Subject: [bioontology-support] Path Length between two nodes

Hi,

I want to use the bio-portal api to find the path length between any two
nodes of an ontology; specifically ICD-9. Can anyone tell me how to go
about doing this using the REST API?

Also, is there a way to just download the ICD-9 ontology?

Thanks
