This is because RADLEX uses non-default properties to hold labels. You set
these up when you create a new submission. Here are the current values:

prefLabel: http://www.owl-ontologies.com/RADLEX.owl#Preferred_name
synonym: http://www.owl-ontologies.com/RADLEX.owl#Synonym
definition: http://www.owl-ontologies.com/RADLEX.owl#Definition

Subject: [bioontology-support] Adding RADLEX ontology to an appliance

Hi,

I am trying to add the RADLEX ontology to the NCBO appliance. The parsing
completes without errors but the annotator does not find any of the labels
in the ontology.

Thanks,
