[bioontology-support] Finding SNOMEDID through api

To get the snomed id you need to get all of the properties for a class. By
default most of our api calls just return a small standard set of
properties. Look in the documentation for something like “include=all”.

I have written perl script to find the ids for specific terms via api but
but I did not get the SNOMEDID for specific terms could you please let me
know how to get SNOMEDID for specifics terms because this task I was doing
from last one day.
