[bioontology-support] bioportal mappings accessible via SPARQL endpoint?

I wanted to add to my previous message: I did find this message on the mailinglist about a similar issue: https://mailman.stanford.edu/pipermail/bioontology-support/2015-January/007683.html

but the predicates listed there don’t give me any results when I query http://sparql.bioontology.org, so I am probably missing something.

Thanks,
Laura

I have found very good documentation of the new API, but I haven’t found anything describing how the use the SPARQL endpoint in the new situation. The ‘regular’ examples on http://sparql.bioontology.org/examples still work, but the ones regarding mappings don’t.
